Description
Spark Beer & BBQ is a barbecue spot run by Bristol Brewing Company, set in a repurposed shipping container in the Schoolyard at Ivywild School on South Cascade Avenue in Colorado Springs. The brewery says it built the shack around the idea that barbecue, like beer, is casual food that brings people together.
The menu covers brisket, pulled pork, ribs, pulled chicken and sausage, with sides such as smoked gouda mac 'n' cheese, elote, brewers BBQ beans and garlic bacon green beans. Order at the shack window, at the Spark counter inside the school, or online for takeout or delivery. Catering is offered for events at Ivywild School or for pickup from Spark.
