Description
Louis Swiss Bakery is a full-scale bakery in the Aspen Airport Business Center, baking artisan breads, croissants, bagels, muffins, cookies and pies. The shop was founded by the Tonare Brothers in 1982 and has served Aspen and the Roaring Fork River Valley since.
Besides baked goods, the bakery offers breakfast and lunch specials and deli favorites. It has been owned and operated by MML Hospitality and Pastry Chef Jennifer Tucker since 2023. Online ordering is available through the website.
