Description
Rebel Bread is a small-batch artisan bakery at 675 S Broadway in Denver. The bakery makes breads, pastries and sandwiches by hand and bakes fresh daily, using regional grains and natural leavening whenever possible. It also describes itself as a bread school, with baking classes in its Teaching Kitchen.
Catering is available for pickup or delivery in the Denver metro area, with pastries and fresh-brewed coffee from Huckleberry Roasters. Groups of up to 40 can book private events such as baking classes, bakery tours and tastings. Online ordering and pre-orders for pick-up are also offered, and the bakery holds an annual community baking festival called Denver Bake Fest.
