Description
Riot BBQ is a barbecue restaurant at 2180 S Delaware St in Denver, blending Texas-style smoking with the fire-cooked asado traditions of Northern Mexico. The menu mixes traditional favorites with newer ones, such as Al Pastor Pork Ribs. The pitmaster has Colorado restaurant experience, and the co-founder grew up in Monterrey, Mexico.
