Description
Stella's Cucina is an Italian restaurant at 1123 Walnut St in Boulder, opened in 2023 by Boulder local Stella Spanu. The kitchen makes pasta in house and describes its menu as drawing on traditions from across Italy, pairing ingredients imported from Italy with produce from Colorado farms. An Italian wine list and specialty cocktails round out the menu.
The Art Deco-inspired room was designed by architect Miguel Quismondo, and the restaurant combines dining with art, design and music. After dinner service Thursday through Saturday, the space turns into a lounge with a dance floor and live music. Reservations, online ordering and catering are available.
