Ranch House Restaurant & Saloon is the dining room at Devil's Thumb Ranch in Tabernash, Colorado, serving a pasture-to-fork, modern-western menu. Its 100% Wagyu beef comes from the ranch's own herd and is served only in the restaurant. Dinner is open to resort guests and non-lodging guests alike, and the main dining room requires reservations.
