Kip’s Grill

Kip's Grill in Creede, Colorado serves handmade tacos, burgers and enchiladas in a spot that draws both locals and visitors. The business began in 1996 out of a caboose on the side of the highway in Del Norte, and it later moved to its current location at 101 E 5th St. The owners say the focus has always been fresh, handmade food and friendly service.

The restaurant describes a large bar with a pool table, darts and shuffleboard, plus a self-serve salsa bar and nine house-made sauces. Live music and Thursday trivia nights appear on its events calendar, and catering is available. This location is part of a small group that also includes a Pagosa Springs restaurant.
