Description
The Family Jones Spirit House is a craft distillery and tasting room at 3245 Osage St in Denver. It makes Colorado spirits from grain grown by local family farms using regenerative practices, with a head distiller overseeing mashing, fermentation, double pot distillation and barrel aging.
The lineup is organized into collections: Original Jones, made with Colorado family-farm grains; Automatic Jones, a high-proof ready-to-pour cocktail; and Jones House, base spirits for blending.
