Crestone Bakery

Crestone Bakery is a dedicated gluten-free bakery at 12037 N Pecos St in Westminster, near 120th Avenue just west of I-25. The kitchen is wheat-free, peanut-free and oat-free, and some items are also dairy-free or free of other allergens.

The menu rotates through roughly 50 to 60 items, including cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting, soft pretzels, apple fritters, buttermilk bars, cream puffs and sandwich bread. Some items are baked fresh on particular days and may be available frozen on others. Custom cakes and cupcakes are made to order with about a week's notice, and customers can order ahead through the bakery's request form.
