Description
Mountain Tap Brewery is a brewpub at 910 Yampa St #103 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, set in the former Yampa Valley Electric Association building across the 9th Street Bridge from Howelsen Hill. It opened in July 2016 and sits on Yampa Street's restaurant row.
The brewery makes its beers in-house, including IPAs, a Belgian-style farmhouse ale, a German-style lager, Kolsch-style ales, and seasonal fruited sours. Wine, hard cider, and house-made soda and root beer are also served. Beer and food can be ordered to go, with beer filled in crowlers and growlers, by phone or online. Brewmaster and co-founder Rich Tucciarone has more than two decades of craft brewing experience.
