Description
Revolution Artisan Pops is a Fort Collins ice pop and gelato business at 208 S College Ave. Founded in 2015, it makes its pops by hand in town and says it leaves out preservatives and dyes, using Colorado fruit and ingredients from local businesses when available. The owners are Colorado State University alumni.
The shop also makes from-scratch gelato. Its products can be found at several area grocery and specialty markets and at events around town. Online ordering with local delivery is available, and catering covers weddings, corporate outings, birthdays and other special events, including full service with a server, delivery and setup.
