Description
1874 Distilling is a craft distillery at 645 Grand Avenue in Del Norte, Colorado, with a tasting room in the historic Windsor Hotel building downtown. The distillery makes its spirits from San Luis Valley ingredients, including potato vodka, gin, whiskeys and herbal and specialty liqueurs. Its base grains and malts come from Colorado Malting Company, and the initial mash is produced by Three Barrel Brewing Co. a few blocks away.
The tasting room has a cocktail menu and a food menu, and a few rotating specialty liqueurs are sold only there. The distillery also takes inquiries about booking private events.
