Onefold Uptown is the original location of a Denver breakfast and lunch restaurant, at 1420 E 18th Ave. The menu draws on Filipino, Chinese, and Colorado-style Mexican cooking, with breakfast burritos made with tortillas pressed to order, congee, and bacon fried rice among the signature dishes.
Everything is scratch-made and cooked in tallow, lard, duck fat, or avocado oil rather than seed oils. Breakfast and lunch are both served all day, and the restaurant has a full bar. Dogs are welcome on the patio, and delivery runs through Uber Eats and DoorDash, with online ordering for pickup. Seating is walk-in only.
