Description
South Jersey Subs is a sub shop at 1726 Brookwood Dr in Colorado Springs, serving Jersey-style subs. The shop opened in 2009 when its founder, who grew up in Atlantic City, set out to bring a true Jersey sub to town, using natural ingredients and bread made specifically for the shop. It is now run by a new family that says it carries on the same tradition.
Order at the counter, then take your sub to go or sit inside or on the outdoor seating. Online ordering is available for pickup, and the shop also offers delivery to nearby addresses and catering with cold sub platters, which need advance notice. Pepper spread is a house specialty.
