Colorado Mountain Brewery is a brewpub at 600 21st St in Colorado Springs, in the historic Midland Railways Roundhouse. The site dates to the late 19th century, and the restaurant says it serves Colorado-themed food alongside its own craft beers. The menu includes burgers named for Colorado peaks, bison chili, venison eggrolls and a Bison Meatloaf Wellington.
Happy hour runs on select days, and the Roundhouse has a mountain view patio and private gathering spaces for groups. Online ordering and reservations are available. A second location operates at Interquest.
