Provision Bread & Bakery

Provision Bread & Bakery is a downtown Colorado Springs bakery at 4 S Wahsatch Ave, Suite 120, making breads, pastries and other baked goods. The bakery focuses on whole grain, naturally leavened baking and works with Colorado family farms, favoring organic and regenerative growers and heirloom grains.

Provision grew out of a partnership that began at Switchback – Hillside, where many of its base recipes were developed, and moved into its own downtown space after 2022. The team says it plans to mill its own flour. Catering is available for meetings, events and gatherings, and the bakery takes pre-orders and special requests by email.
