Guadalajara Family Mexican Restaurant is a Mexican restaurant at 1001 S Abilene St in Aurora, Colorado. It opened in 2001, started by two cousins who had worked together for nearly two decades. One of them, Toño Amador, still runs it with a newer partner.
The menu covers burritos such as the Burrito Colorado smothered in green chili, plus fajitas, enchiladas and fish tacos. Seafood plates include shrimp ceviche, campechana and a seafood molcajete, and there are vegetarian enchiladas. Margaritas, including a mango version, are on offer. Takeout and catering for events of various sizes are available.
