Spuntino

Spuntino is an Italian restaurant at 2639 W 32nd Ave in Denver, opened in 2011 as a daytime cafe and gelato shop. Chef Cindhura Reddy and Elliot Strathmann bought it in 2014. The kitchen makes its pasta, breads, gelati and some cheeses by hand, and the chef's South-Indian heritage and travels shape dishes alongside traditional Italian ones.

The restaurant offers dinner, dessert, cocktail, beer and wine menus, with happy hour at the bar on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. A monthly wine flight night seats a small group at the bar, and Monday brings wine specials and an industry night. Reservations and catering are available.
