Description
Onefold's Union Station location at 1919 19th St is the brand's biggest dining room, two blocks from Union Station. The Denver breakfast and lunch spot cooks from scratch without seed oils, using tallow, lard, duck fat and avocado oil. Its menu draws on Filipino, Chinese and Colorado-style Mexican cooking, with breakfast burritos, congee and bacon fried rice among the dishes it is known for.
