Coffee on the Fly

Coffee on the Fly is a coffee bar at 13 S Main St in Creede, Colorado. It began in 2009 as a small summer stop for fly fishermen and locals heading to work, and the name reflects that grab-it-on-the-go idea. The menu covers drip coffee, espresso drinks, lattes, iced coffee and cold brew, chai and other teas, and specialty drinks such as a honey turmeric latte, a lavender latte and the spicy Bee Sting.

Food includes assorted pastries, bagels with cream cheese, breakfast sandwiches and cookies, with ice cream in the summer months. The coffee is roasted by 35 North Coffee in Santa Fe, and there is a deck overlooking Main Street and the cliffs above town. Online ordering is available.
