Stodgy Brewing Company

Stodgy Brewing Company is a brewery and taproom at 1802 Laporte Ave. in northwest Fort Collins. It makes its beer with Colorado-grown malts and hops, and the taps include lagers, a Gose, a Colorado Pale Ale, IPAs, a Scottish Ale, an Oktoberfest, a grape seltzer and a rotating certified gluten-free beer. Non-alcoholic options include NA beer, kombucha, a mocktail and house-made root beer.

The building was once a long-running stove and fireplace store, and the brewery reused wood and materials from the site in its interior. There is a spacious outdoor patio, plenty of indoor seating and a few private spaces that can be reserved. Dogs and children are welcome. Food trucks rotate through on a posted schedule, and catering and online ordering are available.
