O'Malley's is an independent, family-owned pub at 104 CO-105 in Palmer Lake, open since 1986. The kitchen works from fresh, never-frozen beef, buffalo, chicken breasts and wings, with hand-cut fries, and the menu includes grill-your-own steaks, buffalo burgers, wings with the house sauce, and a prime rib offering on Monday nights.
