Description
Gaku Ramen serves Japanese ramen at 1119 13th St in Boulder, one of several locations that share the brand. The name comes from the character for "learning," reflecting the founders' wish to bring ramen to lively college towns. The Boulder restaurant opened in April 2019 with a full bar and outdoor seating that has a Rocky Mountain view.
