Description
Butcher Block Cafe is a breakfast diner at 1701 38th St in Denver's RiNo Arts District, one of three cafes run by the Michel brothers, who opened their first in 1979. The cafes aim for the feel of small-town diners, serving home-cooked meals made mostly from scratch.
The menu centers on breakfast: smothered breakfast burritos, omelettes, pancakes and French toast, steak and eggs, and biscuits and gravy. Homemade cinnamon rolls are the specialty, and large orders for events can be arranged. The RiNo location is a short walk from the 38th and Blake A Line station.
