Satire Brewing Company

Satire Brewing Company is a family-owned nano-brewery and brewpub at 12136 Grant Cir in Thornton, Colorado. It started as a homebrewing hobby and now pours around 30 small-batch beers on tap at a time, from hop-forward IPAs to stouts and fruit-infused ales, along with house-made seltzers and craft cocktails. Cider, wine, whiskey, vodka, tequila, rum and gin are also available.

The kitchen is called The Loaded Squirrel and uses locally sourced meats and cheeses, plus bread made from a family recipe. Its menu includes signature stuffed squirrels, appetizers, and gluten-free, low-carb and no-carb options. The brewpub has about 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space and offers catering. It says it gives 10 percent of drink sales to local nonprofits.
