Mirror Image Brewing

Mirror Image Brewing is a small family-run brewpub at 5969 Iris Pkwy in Frederick, just east of Longmont. Steve and Theresa run the place as a husband-and-wife team, and Theresa has brought home two GABF medals in her first two years of professional brewing. The brewery describes its name as a tribute to the Richards twins, Dennis and Daniel, who introduced the couple to the industry.

The kitchen turns out pizza, including Detroit-style pies and sauce-on-top pizzas, where any pie with a marinara base gets its sauce layered over the toppings. The brewery's Balefire Irish Red is among its better-known beers.
