Crush Wine Bar

Crush Wine Bar is a locally and family-owned wine bar at 3911 Ambrosia Street in Castle Rock, open since November 2017. One owner has spent 20 years as a sommelier and handles the wine, while the other, a caterer for 15 years, created the food menu.

The menu centers on small plates meant for sharing, charcuterie and cheese boards, and a small selection of desserts. The wine list covers red, white, rosé, bubbles and sweet wines from small vineyards and wineries. The bar describes its atmosphere as comfortable, casual and warm, for guests 21 and over. Happy hour, gluten-free options, reservations, online ordering and takeout are available.
