Kulina Lani Organic Sourdough

Kulina Lani Organic Sourdough is a locally owned bakery at 644 North Avenue #4 in Grand Junction. Every loaf, pastry and bun is naturally leavened with a sourdough starter rather than commercial yeast, and the bakery stone-mills its whole grains in-house, including Colorado-grown spelt and Jefferson wheat. The bread lineup includes Old World, Jalapeño-Cheddar, Cranberry-Walnut, Pumpernickel Rye and Cinnamon Raisin.

The case also holds sourdough croissants, cinnamon rolls, pecan sticky buns, pop-tarts, bagels, focaccia, and quiches such as green chili and cheddar. A breakfast sandwich with eggs, bacon and spicy mayo on focaccia is served in the morning on select days. Online ordering is available, and the bakery ships bread to several nearby states.
