RIDGE STREET KITCHEN

Ridge Street Kitchen is a prepared foods and catering kitchen in the La Cima Mall at 500 S Main St in Breckenridge, Colorado. It is run by owners Kelly and Paul Brenholt, who also own South Ridge Seafood Grill in town. Kelly trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Canada and London.

The kitchen offers prepared foods for pickup or delivery, packed in oven-ready pans for reheating, along with bagged lunches. It also provides private chef services, plated or buffet-style catering, and a small private event space based on availability. Menus are customized, and the team works with food allergies and special diets when notified in advance. The catering menu runs from breakfast frittatas and quiches to soups, salads, sandwiches, appetizers and dinners.
