Crash Burger

Crash Burger is a burger joint at 646 E Main St in Montrose, opened in 2015 by a retired Montrose fire department captain and run as a family business. The burgers come as quarter-pound singles, doubles and triples, plus the Karl, a full pound of beef, each served with fries and a choice of fixings such as onions, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce and sauce. Grilled onions, green chilies and jalapeños are available as options.

The menu also includes hot dogs on buttered, toasted lobster buns, a kids grill with a grilled cheese, fries and milkshakes. The restaurant describes its beef as farm-fed and its shakes as made with fresh ice cream. Call ahead or check the website for the full menu.
