The Vic Salida

The Victoria Tavern, known as The Vic, is a bar at 143 N F St in Salida. It describes itself as a historic gathering place with pre-Prohibition beers, hand-crafted cocktails and live music, and it is open afternoons until late, seven days a week.

The bar program is run by Mat Guzzetti, a longtime mixologist and sommelier, who keeps a rotating menu of seasonal cocktails alongside classics. The tavern books local and touring musicians in an intimate room and takes inquiries for private events and catering.
