Oliver's Italian is an Italian restaurant at 4950 S Yosemite St in Greenwood Village, serving Roman-style pinsa, pastas such as Pasta Limone and Spicy Vodka, seasonal salads and small plates to share. East and West Coast oysters come from the owners' own oyster farm, and the bar pours Italian wines, spritzes and Negronis.
Guests can eat on the covered terrace or stop by the Negroni Bar, which the restaurant calls the first in the DTC area.
