Wok and Roll Teriyaki

Wok & Roll Teriyaki is a corporate catering service at 1669 Euclid Ave in Boulder, part of a Colorado-founded brand that has been delivering Japanese-style food to offices and organizations since the mid-1990s. Its buffet-style packages are built around teriyaki chicken and yakitori chicken served with steamed white rice, brown rice and steamed vegetables, with add-ons such as teriyaki beef, ginger salmon and firecracker shrimp.

The kitchen says its meats are flame-grilled after a multi-day marinade, and that it cooks with virtually no grease or oil and without preservatives or MSG.
