Description
Village Bagel is a neighborhood bagel shop on Highway 6 in Edwards, Colorado. The owners, East Coast transplants, began baking in 2016 and opened the Edwards bakery in 2018. Bagels are hand-rolled, boiled, then baked, and come in flavors like everything, pumpernickel, chipotle gouda, Hatch green chili cheddar and gluten-free, with house-made shmears and spreads.
The menu serves breakfast all day, with egg sandwiches, lox and smoked trout bagels, challah French toast, and lunch options such as a reuben and a muffuletta on focaccia. Sicilian-style pizza is offered at the Edwards location. Takeout, delivery, catering and online ordering are available, along with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. A second location operates in Gypsum.
