Description
Brick is an Italian restaurant at 1195 Bangtail Way in Steamboat Springs, built around Neapolitan-style pizza baked in a hand-built, wood-fired brick oven. Pizzaiolo Leopoldo Demusis opened it in December 2016, drawing on childhood summers in Italy's Campania region, and the kitchen uses imported tomatoes and flour.
Beyond pizza, the menu includes pastas such as bucatini and fettuccine with house sauces, along with salads, appetizers, entrees and dessert. Reservations are accepted by phone, and online ordering is available.
