The Smokehouse is a riverside barbecue restaurant at the Ouray Riverside Resort, at 1700 N Main in Ouray, Colorado. The kitchen smokes ribs, brisket and pulled pork low and slow over hardwood, and the bar pours handcrafted cocktails and wine. The restaurant also serves brunch.
Beyond the dining room, The Smokehouse offers catering for weddings, reunions and corporate events, plus private event space for birthdays and rehearsals. Backpack picnics are packed for hikes in the San Juan Mountains, and a winter snowshoe outing ends with fondue. Live music plays Thursdays through Saturdays during the season, and takeout and online ordering are available.
