Blue Moose Pizza

Blue Moose Pizza serves hand-tossed New York-style pizza at 76 Avondale Lane in Beaver Creek Village. Brian Nolan opened the first Blue Moose there in 1995 as a small counter-service spot, and it has since grown into a full-service restaurant with a second location in Vail's Lionshead Village. The menu covers pizza by the pie or slice, plus starters, salads and sandwiches.

Pizzas include a build-your-own option with a long list of toppings, house specialties like the Flying Pig, Cowboy and Margherita, and a 10-inch gluten-free crust. Starters such as mozzarella sticks, cauliflower wings and burrata sit alongside meatball subs and chicken parmesan, and the bar pours draft beer from Colorado breweries, wine and cocktails.
