Hacienda Colorado

Hacienda Colorado serves what it calls Mountain Mex, a style of Mexican cooking that pairs traditional recipes with Rocky Mountain tastes. The Colorado Springs location is at 5246 N Nevada Ave. The menu covers tableside guacamole, quesa-birria, tortilla soup, skillet fajitas, enchiladas, tacos, ribs and honey chipotle salmon, along with a long list of margaritas and a tequila selection the restaurant puts at 40.

Guests can sit inside, at the bar or on the patio. Happy hour, reservations, online ordering, delivery and catering are all available, and larger groups can book private parties and business events. Dessert includes churros and a chocolate piñata filled with churros and fresh fruit.
