Roof Top Tavern is a bar and restaurant at 215 Bear Creek Ave in Morrison, Colorado. It sits above its sister restaurant, Tony Rigatoni's, and took shape when the owners removed the roof of a banquet room to open a rooftop patio. The space was formerly known as Vinny's Bar, and the tavern says it was Morrison's first rooftop establishment.
The menu leans Italian-American, with shareables like mussels in spicy tomato broth, grilled meatballs or sausage links, an antipasto board and burrata. It also includes salads, a chicken and avocado panini and Roman-style flatbread pizzas. The tavern pours a rotating lineup of craft beer, shows NFL games and takes party bookings.
