Description
WestFax Brewing Company is a locally owned craft brewery and taproom at 6733 W Colfax Ave on the Lakewood and West Denver border, with a second taproom in Colorado Springs. The brewery makes both ales and lagers, with a focus on hop-forward IPAs, hazy and West Coast styles, and traditional and modern lagers. It also keeps a sour ale on tap and ages some beers in bourbon barrels.
The taproom seats about 100 inside, with an outdoor patio. Weekly events include trivia on Wednesdays, a loyalty member night on Thursdays, and new beer releases on some Fridays. Food trucks typically visit Tuesday through Sunday, and an in-house menu of pizza, pretzels and snacks is also available. Tours can be arranged for groups.
