Brewery Rickoli

Brewery Rickoli is a small craft brewery and taproom at 4335 Wadsworth Blvd in Wheat Ridge, near the southwest corner of 44th Avenue and Wadsworth. The brewery describes its approach as brewing small and drinking big: a compact 3-barrel system turning out flavorful, high-gravity beers, with 18 taps kept filled. The lineup runs from light cream ales and pilsners to hoppy IPAs, malty reds and browns, stouts and barrel-aged sours. It also makes gluten-removed beers, using an enzyme to bring gluten under 10 ppm.

The taproom doesn't run a full kitchen. It sells pretzels and frozen pizza, and guests can bring in takeout from nearby restaurants or have food delivered. Growler and smaller grumbler fills are available to take beer home. Check the website or menu link for current beers.
