Spirit Hound Distillers Highlands Tasting Room is the Denver tasting room of a Colorado craft distillery that began in Lyons. The menu centers on cocktails built around the distillery's own gins, vodkas, rums and American single malt whiskies, plus whisky and spirit flights, straight pours, boilermakers and zero-proof drinks such as house lemonades and a raspberry cooler.
The tasting room, at 3622 Tejon St, hosts private cocktail classes and private events, and bottles of the distillery's spirits are available to take home. Happy hour runs on weekday afternoons, and online ordering, reservations and takeout are available.
