Idlewild Spirits Restaurant and Distillery is a craft distillery and restaurant at 78737 US-40 #1000 in Winter Park, Colorado. The distillery was founded in 2015 by Master Distiller Jeff Ruhle and makes small-batch spirits from Colorado-grown grains, milled on site, with Vasquez Creek water used in its stills.
Its spirits include Woodcutter's Straight Bourbon, a single malt, a rye whiskey, vodka and several gins, among them Alpine, Purple Daze, Hibiscus and Barrel Aged. The cocktail bar mixes drinks with these spirits, and the small plates menu features smoked wings, truffle fries and Thai chicken lettuce wraps. Bottled ready-to-drink craft cocktails are also made.
