Description
Smok Barbecue is a locally and independently owned barbecue restaurant at 327 E Foothills Pkwy in Fort Collins, with a sister location in Denver's RiNo district. Chef Bill Espiricueta, born in Austin, Texas, brings a fine-dining background to Texas-style smoked meats cooked over post oak. The menu covers brisket, pulled pork, burnt ends, pork spare ribs, bone-in chicken, turkey, pork belly and a Nashville hot chicken sandwich, with sausages, salads and southern sides.
Ordering is counter service, first come, first served, with no reservations. The Fort Collins location has a patio and is open for dine-in, takeout and delivery, with online ordering available. Breakfast burritos are on the menu, and catering ranges from boxed lunches to buffet-style spreads and private events.
