Description
The Exchange is a common consumption plaza at 200 North College Avenue in northern Old Town Fort Collins, between Laporte Avenue and Jefferson Street. Food, craft cocktails and beer are served from shipping containers and nearby businesses, and visitors can order from different vendors and gather at shared plaza seating. The space includes patios, green spaces, and indoor and outdoor dining.
The plaza is family-friendly and has room for kids to play and dogs to unwind. Its event calendar includes live music, trivia, bingo, dance and cornhole. Bike parking, a DIY bike service station and a connection to the Poudre Trail are on site. Alcohol is limited to guests 21 and older, and outside food and drink are not allowed in the public plaza.
