Soul Squared Brewing Company

Soul Squared Brewing Company is a locally owned and operated taproom and brewery at 3740 W Cleveland Ave in Wellington, Colorado. It describes itself as Colorado's original farm built brewery and uses locally sourced ingredients as much as possible for freshly crafted beer, including seasonal styles.

The taproom pours its own flagship and seasonal beers, such as a blonde, an American lager, a hazy, wheat beers, seltzers and a green chili beer, alongside a few guest beers from Berthoud Brewing Co. The brewery says its beers are crafted to reduce gluten, using an enzyme added during fermentation, though they are not labeled gluten free. Check the website for the current tap list.
