Lacey Rose Saloon is a historic saloon and restaurant at 1219 Greene Street in Silverton, Colorado, set inside the Grand Imperial Hotel, which dates to 1882. The menu leans classic American and Western-inspired, with half-pound burgers, sandwiches, soups, salads and appetizers at lunch, and steaks, salmon, pork chop and chicken-fried steak added at dinner.
