Description
Camp Robber is a Montrose, Colorado restaurant at 1515 Ogden Road, opened in 1994 by Bill and Kim Volk. The kitchen leans on Southwestern and New Mexican flavors but covers a lot of ground, with salads, pastas, specialty sandwiches, burgers, steaks, seafood and housemade desserts. The restaurant says it is best known for Green Chile Pistachio Pork Medallions and Green Chile Chicken Potato Soup, and that it sources many ingredients from local providers.
The building includes a large dining room, an outdoor patio, a private party room called the Aspen Room, and a bar called the Robbers Roost that pours hand-crafted cocktails. There is a kids' menu, and guests can dine in, order takeout, or order online.
