Coffee by Topo

Coffee by Topo is a woman- and queer-owned coffee shop at 211 F St in Salida, Colorado. The owner started it in the summer of 2021 after developing recipes at home and delivering drinks around town by bike. The cafe describes itself as a welcoming space with local art, compostable ware, a gender-neutral restroom and a variety of dietary options.

Beyond the cafe, Topo serves at farmers markets in Salida and Crested Butte and sells its Nitro Cold Brew through wholesale partners. Online ordering and delivery are available, and the team caters events with self-serve coffee bars, an espresso cart and a nitro trailer, with pastries, breakfast burritos, parfaits, smoothies or fruit platters as add-ons.
