Abo's Pizza makes New York-style pizza, hand-tossed and baked on baking bricks in deck ovens. The company says its dough is made from scratch each day and its sauce follows a family recipe it has used since the first shop opened near the University of Colorado in Boulder in 1977. The cheese is skim mozzarella.
